I’ve got another deepfake video to share with you today where we see Tom Holland replace Tobey Maguire in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man films.

The video was created by YouTube user Shamook, and it turned out pretty cool! The video came with the following note:

In 2002, Maguire starred in Spider-Man, based on the popular Marvel Comics superhero. The film was a major success and made him into a star. He reprised the role in the sequels Spider-Man 2 (2004) and Spider-Man 3 (2007), and has also provided the voice of Spider-Man for the video game adaptations of the films. All three movies went on to be part of the highest-grossing movies each year.

The online ancestry company My Heritage has been working with D-ID to create a feature that can bring old photos from any time period to life. It’s called “Deep Nostalgia” and it utilizes AI learning technology to predict the movements from the person’s position in the photo, and they can smile, blink, and turn their heads. It’s really quite incredible.

The Deep Nostalgia™ feature uses several drivers prepared by MyHeritage. Each driver is a video consisting of a fixed sequence of movements and gestures. Deep Nostalgia™ can very accurately apply the drivers to a face in your still photo, creating a short video that you can share with your friends and family. …Our system will automatically decide which sequence to apply to a specific face based on its orientation.

The TOP GUN: MAVERICK Trailer Gets an Awesome LEGO Animated Makeover

We’ve seen a lot of movie trailers get stop-motion animated LEGO makeovers over the years. But, this one that recreates the trailer for Top Gun: Maverick is one of the best I’ve seen.

The video was created by YouTube user Onbeatman, who says “after months of painstaking work… I recreated the TOP GUN: MAVERICK trailer in Lego, one frame at a time. This was created 100% independently out of my love for Top Gun, cinema, and LEGO.”

The video also states that everything that we see in it was created from the ground up. As you’ll see, the work is impressive.

HARRY POTTER Gets a Bloody R-Rated Treatment Thanks To Corridor Crew

The crew at Corridor Digital decided to have some fun with the Harry Potter franchise, transforming certain scenes in the film to bloody and violent R-rated moments. It’s all super silly-looking CGI work, but it’s still makes for an entertaining watch! So, I hope you enjoy it!
