A charming trailer and poster have been released for a lighthearted comedy titled Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris, which follows the story of a sweet cleaning lady in 1950s London who falls in love with a couture Dior gown that she sees in the bedroom of a woman she cleans for. This sets her off on an adventure of a lifetime.
The film is directed and produced by Anthony Fabian (Skin, Louder Than Words) from a screenplay he co-wrote with Carroll Cartwright, Keith Thompson, and Olivia Hetreed. It is based upon the novel Mrs. ‘Arris Goes to Paris by Paul Gallico. It stars Lesley Manville, Isabelle Huppert, Lambert Wilson, Alba Baptista, Lucas Bravo, Ellen Thomas, Rose Williams, and Jason Isaacs.
