Joonas Suotamo was Peter Mayhew’s double as Chewbacca in The Force Awakens and then took over for Mayhew in all Star Wars films since. Well, he has decided to do fans a solid and teach them how to speak Wookie. That’s right, Suotamo created a YouTube video all about creating the noises needed for the roar-like language. It’s a lot of fun to watch and the tips do work. The only problem is that he doesn’t explain what different sounds mean.
