We’ve got a new poster to share with you from the long-awaited Halloween-themed sequel, Hocus Pocus 2, that is headed to Disney+ in a few weeks. The poster features the Sanderson sisters, returning stars Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy.
They are joined in the film by original star Doug Jones, who plays Billy Butcherson, and newcomers to the story, Whitney Peak (Gossip Girl), who plays Becca; Lilia Buckingham (Dirt) as Cassie, and Belissa Escobedo (American Horror Stories) as Izzy. Other franchise newcomers include Tony Hale, Sam Richardson, Hannah Wadingham, Juju Brener, Froy Guiterrez, Taylor Henderson, and Nina Kitchen.
Here’s the synopsis:
“It’s been 29 years since someone lit the Black Flame Candle and resurrected the 17th-century sisters who were executed for practicing witchcraft, and they are looking for revenge. Now it is up to three high-school students to figure out how to stop the ravenous witches from wreaking a new kind of havoc on Salem before midnight on All Hallow’s Eve.”
