Sylvester Stallone is back with the fourth installment of The Expendables franchise, which is titled Expend4bles and he’s bringing the team back together for another explosive action-packed adventure! Lionsgate shared the first trailer for the film at CinemaCon 2022 recently and we were there to see it! If you’re a fan of this action franchise, you’re gonna love what this next chapter has in store for you! It’s gonna be an explosive good time! This is our reaction to the footage we saw!
Stallone previously talked about his approach to the action of the film, explaining that they will be more “simplistic” and will put more of a focus on brute force. He says that the audience will “marvel” at the intensity of the action scenes, so that’s something to look forward to!
Scott Waugh (Need for Speed) is set to direct The Expendables 4, and it will start shooting in October. Spenser Cohen wrote the script, with revisions by Max Adams and John Joseph Connolly.
The movie also stars Jason Statham, Iko Uwais, Megan Fox, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Andy Garcia, and Tony Jaa.
