We’ve got a beautiful trailer for you to check out for the upcoming film Adopt a Highway, about a man, played by Ethan Hawke (Training Day, Boyhood), who is released from a twenty-year drug-related sentence in prison. He is down on his luck when one night at his fast food job he finds a baby that was abandoned in the dumpsters behind the restaurant. He contemplates calling the police, then he contemplates what his life could look like with this other person, also all alone in the world.
It looks like a truly moving story that has the potential to break our hearts, but I’m looking forward to the journey. The film was written and directed by Logan Marshall-Green, marking his directorial debut. Check out the trailer and poster below, and see Adopt a Highway in theaters on November 1st.
