AMC premiered the first intense teaser trailer for The Walking Dead: Dead City Season 2 at Comic-Con. If you’re a fan of this franchise, it looks like this next season is going to continue this dark story in some interesting ways.
The show’s stars Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Lauren Cohan, along with showrunner Eli Jorné appeared at the Hall H panel to share the footage.
The footage features Negan reuniting with his barbed wire-covered baseball bat… Lucille and it looks like he might fall back into his old dastardly habits as he torments people. Then there’s Maggie (Cohan) who vows to save Negan from an unknown threat.
It was also revealed that Cohan makes her directorial debut with an episode in Season 2.
The Walking Dead: Dead City is streaming now on AMC Plus in the US, with Season 2 set to premiere sometime in 2025.
