Storm Shadow Actor Andrew Koji on Fighting Transformers in G.I. Joe Crossover Film – “I’ll Take Them All Down”

Andrew Koji, the actor who played Storm Shadow in the G.I. Joe movie Snake Eyes, hopes he gets a chance to fight some Transformers in the upcoming crossover movie currently in development.

There’s no word on whether any of the characters from the Snake Eyes movie will actually appear in the Transformers/G.I. Joe crossover, but if Koji does show up he’s ready to take down all of the Transformers!

During an interview with CB, the actor was asked about the movie, and he said: “I’ll take down Megatron, bruv. Storm Shadow will take ’em down. He’ll take them all down — bow and arrow them, everything, done.”

I would love to be excited about this movie, but Paramount Pictures is doing it all wrong. There just throwing all of this together with no real plan in play.

Producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura previously shared that they don’t ever really have a plan for this crossover, saying: “We don’t plan that far ahead. We react to what the audience is reacting to, so in a way we can please them, but also in a way it makes it feel fresh. We expect there’s going to be some allegiance and they’re going to go on some kind of mission together.”

The producer also teased the closest thing they do have for a plan, saying: “Like every other Transformers movie, the ingredients of the movie is humans and robots get together to stop the villain. The Joes are going to be part of the ingredients now.”

He added: “We’re not going into the Joe world, they’re coming into our world. So, if you think about it that way, I think that’s the closest thing to the plan that we have.

“We now have to figure out the plot we want to do, et cetera, but they will be an active participant, if you would, a few of the characters, in trying to stop the bad guy.”

It’s not hard to figure out what they need to do with these franchises, but those people who are in charge of running a major studio are clueless. I would love the opportunity to guide these franchises in the right direction! To play in the sandboxes of G.I. Joe and Transformers would be amazing!

It’s a shame these guys have no idea what they are doing. Di Bonaventura was previously asked when we can expect to see the movie, he said: “The honest truth is I don’t know. I know we are going to deliver on the promise we made.”

Producers Steven Spielberg, Michael Bay, Mark Vahradian, Tom DeSanto, and Don Murphy are on board for the new movie.
