Letterboxed Reveals Top 10 Films of 2023 and SPIDER-MAN: ACROSS THE SPIDER-VERSE in the Top Movie

Letterboxd has released its list of Top 10 films of 2023, which is based on the ratings from the users of the app. There are a lot of variety of films here and topping the list is Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse. I loved that film, and it was one that ended up on my own list of Top 10 favorite movies. It was an incredibly fun movie that told a great superhero story, which studios are struggling with doing these days.

The full Top 10 list of films includes:

  1. Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse

  2. Poor Things

  3. Oppenheimer

  4. Past Lives

  5. The Holdovers

  6. Monster

  7. Godzilla Minus One

  8. Anatomy of a Fall

  9. Killers of the Flower Moon

  10. Perfect Days

There are a few films on this list that I actually haven’t seen yet, including Past Lives, Monster, and Perfect Days. I’ll have to watch those films and see what I’m missing. The other films listed here that didn’t make it on my own end-of-the-year favorites list just didn’t quite click for me like they did with other movie fans. But, there’s a little something for everyone on it!
