Lucasfilm has released an amusing promo video for Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, and it features Harrison Ford and his co-star Phoebe Waller-Bridge playing with some Indiana Jones toys! I’ve gotta say, I never thoughts I’d see the day when we get to watch Ford playing with action figures, and it’s simply delightful.
James Mangold directs the film, and in it Ford returns to the role of the legendary hero archaeologist for this final installment of the iconic franchise– a big, globe-trotting, rip-roaring cinematic adventure. The story is set in 1969 during the Space Race, and Indiana Jones is pulled into another grand adventure, which involves Voller, a NASA member and ex-Nazi involved with the Moon landing program, who wants to “rectify the world and make it into a better place as he sees fit.” He’s looking to correct the mistakes that Hitler made when he was in power with the Dial of Destiney artifact.
The movie also stars Mads Mikkelsen (Rogue One), Boyd Holbrook (Logan), Shaunette Renée Wilson (The Resident), and Thomas Kretschmann (Avengers: Age Of Ultron).
The film is now in theaters!
