XYZ Films has released a trailer for its upcoming action movie Hidden Strike, which stars Jackie Chan and John Cena. The two action stars play ex-special forces soldiers and they have to “team up and escort a group of civilians working for an oil refinery along Baghdad’s ‘Highway of Death’ to the safety of the Green Zone.”
The Chinese production was originally titled S.N.A.F.U. or Project X-traction, and it was directed by Scott Waugh, a former stuntman, who helmed films such as Act of Valor, Need for Speed, and 6 Below: Miracle on the Mountain.
The movie also stars Pilou Asbæk, Amadeus Serafini, Minghao Hou, and Zhenwei Wang. This looks like it will deliver some big explosive action along with a touch of amusing humor that audiences are sure to enjoy. It’s also great to see Jackie Chan jump into action again! This looks like it’ll be a fun action flick!
XYZ Films will debut Hidden Strike in theaters sometime later in 2023.
