THE MANDALORIAN Season 3 Gets a Premiere Date

It’s been announced that Lucasfilm’s The Mandalorian Season 3 is set to premiere on Disney+ on March 1, 2023! The official announcement dropped on Twitter today, with the Star Wars official Twitter sharing that “The Mandalorian and Grogu return March 1 only on @DisneyPlus.”

Star Wars fans have been anxiously waiting to see see the Mando and Grogu continue their adventure together and judging from that first trailer that was released, we’re in for something epic!

This next chapter of the story sees Mando (Pedro Pascal) stepping into a leadership position, and Bo-Katan (Katee Sackhoff) is dealing with the disappointment of not taking back the Darksaber. Din Djarin and Grogu are off to Mandalore in hopes that he will be “forgiven for his transgressions.”

Pascal said in a previous interview, “Three is even better than the previous one.” Sackhoff went on to describe the upcoming episodes as “dark.” Then there’s Giancarlo Esposito, who takes on the role of the villainous Moff Gideon. He added that the scale is “larger than ever… and it’s just an expansion, in many ways, of last season. It’s a season that has great ideas, great teasings, and great tips for the future.”

Jon Favreau previously revealed that he is currently writing Season 4 of the series. But, let’s get through Season 3 first! I have no doubt that it’s going to be an amazing and exciting adventure!
