Prey is set to be released this week, and if you’re a fan of Predator, this is a movie you won’t want to miss! This is the best predator movie since the original film! Anyway, while we wait for the movie to hit Hulu, a new “Predator Legacy” featurette has been released for you to watch.
The promo video offers a good amount of cool new footage, most of which features the Predator in action! It also includes interviews with the cast and crew talking about the film and what they were trying to accomplish with it.
I’m excited for people to watch this movie! I just wish audiences had the opportunity to see it on the big screen!
The movie comes from director Dan Trachtenberg and the story is set in the Comanche Nation 300 years ago. The movie follows a young woman named Naru, “a fierce and highly skilled warrior. She has been raised in the shadow of some of the most legendary hunters who roam the Great Plains, so when danger threatens her camp, she sets out to protect her people. The prey she stalks, and ultimately confronts, turns out to be a highly evolved alien predator with a technically advanced arsenal, resulting in a vicious and terrifying showdown between the two adversaries.”
The film’s cast includes Amber Midthunder (The Ice Road, Roswell, New Mexico), newcomer Dakota Beavers, Stormee Kipp (Sooyii), Michelle Thrush (The Journey Home), and Julian Black Antelope (Tribal).
Prey will be released exclusively on Hulu on August 5, 2022.
