Trailer and Poster for Bill Nye’s Peacock Disaster Series THE END IS NYE

A new trailer and poster have been released for the Peacock series The End Is Nye, from the science guy we know and love, Bill Nye. The trailer debuted at Comic-Con this past weekend, and it details the six-episode series, which will dive into six of the most likely disasters that could happen, and how we can fight against them, or prevent them. Nye will use his science expertise to run viewers through each scenario, and the series will feature a special appearance by Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane.

The series was created and directed by Brannon Braga, director of Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey, Seth MacFarlane’s The Orville, and Cosmos: Possible Worlds.

Here’s the full description:

The End is Nye sends Bill Nye into the most epic global disasters imaginable – both natural and unnatural – and then demystifies them using science to show how we can survive, mitigate, and even prevent them. Each stand-alone episode takes a hell-bent dive into the mystery and terror of one specific threat. Every catastrophe is abundant with thrills, but also offers hope and a way forward —a scientific blueprint for surviving anything that comes our way.”

This looks really good! My son will want to watch this for sure. Check out the trailer and poster below, and watch The End Is Nye when it premieres on Peacock on August 25th.
