Universal Pictures shared the first trailer of Idris Elba‘s upcoming thriller Beast, which features Elba facing off with a man-eating lion! The footage was screened at CinemaCon 2022 and this is our reaction video!
Baltasar Kormakur will direct the film, and Rampage scribe Ryan Engle wrote the script. The movie is said to be in the same vein as The Shallows, but instead of facing off with a shark, the main character will face off with a Lion.
Beast will be released on August 19th, 2022
