Next month, a new Contra game is being released and there are now two different pre-order options available to fans. The Contra: Rogue Corps digital pre-order will include the game and two t-shirts for Hungry Beast in-game as well as an exclusive theme for PS4 players from Tom DuBois (pictured above). Meanwhile, the digital pre-order with season pass will give you full access to the DLC that is going to be released on a monthly basis for the first four months. The DLC is basically skins and in-game currency, so it shouldn’t affect the game too much.
“Several years after the events of the Alien Wars, CONTRA: ROGUE CORPS follows a group of former military mercenaries living on the fringes as bounty hunters and treasure finders in the Damned City. Survival requires fast reactions, powerful weapons, and the occasional organ and cybernetic augmentation. Contra: Rogue Corps will launch for Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, and Xbox One on September 24 with pre-orders available through your favorite outlet including the official site.
