I’ve got three new trailers to share with you today for Hideo Kojima‘s upcoming crazy looking video game Death Stranding. These are actually more likes clips from the game rather than trailers. They each offer us insight regarding different aspects of the game.

In the near future, mysterious explosions have rocked the planet, setting off a series of supernatural events known as the Death Stranding. With spectral creatures plaguing the landscape, and the planet on the verge of a mass extinction, it’s up to Sam Bridges to journey across the ravaged wasteland and save mankind from impending annihilation.

The first clip specifically spotlights the character Mama and features a ghost baby; The “Ludens Fan” that features Geoff Keighley himself and Norman Reedus’ character taking a piss; and then there’s “Bridge Babies” or BBs, as in the BB Pod/artificial womb the main character carries around in the game.

Norman Reedus is Sam Porter Bridges in the game; it also stars Mads Mikkelsen as Cliff, who is a researcher who speaks to a weird baby in a pod. He also plays the role of a badass commander of a squadron of skeletal soldiers. The game also stars Lea Seydoux as Fragile, Margaret Qualley as Mama, Guillermo del Toro as Deadman, Nicolas Winding Refn as Heartman, Tommy Earl Jenkins as Die-Hardman, Troy Baker as Higgs, and Lindsay Wagner as Amelie.

The game looks visually stunning and it looks like it’s going to be an entertaining game to play with a super weird storyline.

Death Stranding is scheduled to release on November 8th for PlayStation 4.
