During Comic-Con@Home, there was a panel for gen:LOCK, an awesome anime-inspired mecha series from Rooster Teeth. The series stars Michael B. Jordan, Dakota Fanning, Maisie Williams, David Tennant, Monica Rial, and more. During the panel (at the bottom), fans were treated to a first look at the second season. In the trailer, we learn that Julian Chase (voiced by Jordan) is going to be undergoing a lot of psychological stress. We also see that the Holons have been upgraded.

Season 2 of gen:LOCK will premiere on HBO Max this fall. Season 1 is already available on the service and I recommend checking it out if you can. I will say that I’m surprised it won’t be available to Rooster Teeth FIRST members which is a bummer to me. Are you excited to see the second season of gen:LOCK?
