This fey creature is made by archfey to do their biddings. If your adventuring party is able to bring down this Challenge Rating 6 creature, they can harvest parts and create items like the Cloak of the Stalker which allows you to cast polymorph or the Hornbow of the Hunt which can slow creatures down.
