Bosch is the best police/detective series on TV, and it’s coming to an end with the upcoming seventh season. If you haven’t watched this show yet, you’ve got to jump in and experience it!
For those of you who have watched the series and are awaiting the final season, Amazon has released a full trailer that offers us a glimpse at what this next story will entail, and it looks great!
The series stars Titus Welliver as homicide Detective Harry Bosch, Jamie Hector as Detective Jerry Edgar, Amy Aquino as Lt. Grace Billets, Madison Lintz as Maddie Bosch, and Lance Reddick as Chief Irvin Irving.
This next season is based on Michael Connelly’s best-selling novels, in this story, “Harry Bosch, an LAPD homicide detective, stands trial for the fatal shooting of a serial murder suspect. A cold case involving the remains of a missing boy forces Bosch to confront his past. As daring recruit, Julia Brasher (Annie Wersching), catches his eye, and departmental politics heat up, Bosch will pursue justice at all costs.”
While this is the final season of Bosch, there is a spinoff series coming with Titus Welliver, Mimi Rogers, and Madison Lintz all on board to reprise their roles from the original series. That series will follow Harry Bosch, “as he embarks on the next chapter of his career and finds himself working with his one-time enemy and top-notch attorney Honey “Money” Chandler, played by Rogers. With a deep and complicated history between this unlikely pair, they must work together to do what they can agree on – finding justice.”
Bosch Season 7 is set to premiere on Amazon on June 25th, and I can wait to see how this intense and thrilling story plays out.
