Heavy Metal Entertainment has partnered with Humble Bundle to give comic fans a chance to get $341+ worth of comics on the cheap while supporting comic creators. How? In the new Humble Comic Bundle: HEAVY METAL’s Heaviest Metal (affiliate link). Available now through May 20, fans can get comics from the likes of Dan Fogler and Stephanie Phillips as well as historic Heavy Metal Magazine issues that feature art from legends like Jack Kirby and Grant Morrison. In addition, each purchase will have a portion of the proceeds go to The Hero Initiative which “creates a financial safety net for comic creators who may need emergency medical aid, financial support for essentials of life and an avenue back into paying work.”
Talking about the opportunity to do this bundle, Heavy Metal’s Kris Longo said:
