Morgan Freeman and Florence Pugh have joined the cast of A Good Person, a drama that is set to be directed by Zach Braff. Braff is known for his acting roles, but has also established himself as a director of series like Scrubs and Ted Lasso, as well as films like Garden State and Going In Style, which starred Freeman as well.

A Good Person “will follow Allison (Pugh), whose life falls apart following her involvement in a fatal accident. In the following years, it is the unlikely relationship she forms with her would-be father-in-law (Freeman) that helps her live a life worth living.”

Freeman will next be seen in the sci-fi anthology series Solos, as well as the sequel film The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard. Pugh will next be seen in Black Widow, as well as the Disney+ Hawkeye series, and Olivia Wilde’s upcoming film, Don’t Worry Darling.
