Social deduction games are extremely popular. If you don’t believe me, look at the sudden rise of popularity in Among Us. Well, if you’re dreaming of a day when we can all get together again for games like this though, you’ll want to check out Bite.
This is a social deduction game with a vampire theme from Evan Ward at Sir Plays-a-Lot Games. The game starts with a hunter, a vampire, and humans (the game is designed for 3-10 players). The vampire is trying to turn the humans and hunter while the others are trying to kill the main vampire and then either kill or cure turned vampires.
Bite is currently running a Kickstarter campaign and is set to release in May 2021 if it hits its funding goal of $10,000. The game only costs $25, too! I happen to know Ward and I’ve heard wonderful things about his game including praise from a board game enthusiast as well as a person who struggles with a lot of board games.
