Quibi has released a trailer teasing the new episodes that are coming for Sam Raimi’s horror series, 50 States of Fright. I haven’t had a chance to watch this series yet. I want to — I’ve heard good things! But I still haven’t subscribed to Quibi.
The series explores stories that are based on urban legends from every state, taking viewers deeper into the horrors that lurk just beneath. This horror anthology series launched in the spring, and featured stories set in Michigan, Kansas, Oregon, Minnesota, and Florida. The upcoming new horrific tales being released come from Iowa, Washington, Colorado, and Missouri.
The upcoming episodes are titled Iowa: Almost There, Washington: 13 Steps to Hell , Colorado: Red Rum, and Missouri: Dogwood – Azalea. The were helmed by Scott Beck and Bryan Woods (A Quiet Place writers), Lee Cronin (The Hole in the Ground), Daniel Goldhaber (Cam), and Cate Devaney (Realizing Recovery)
The upcoming episodes star Rory Culkin (Lords of Chaos), Lulu Wilson (Ouija: Origin of Evil, Annabelle: Creation), Victoria Justice (Victorious), Jacob Batalon (Avengers: Endgame, Spider-Man: Far From Home), Warren Christie (The Resident, The Village), and Erica Tremblay (The Twilight Zone)
