Minecraft is arguably one of the most popular video games. People love to go around creating crazy things or simply fighting zombies at night. Well, Minecraft Dungeons is an upcoming dungeon crawler game set in the Minecraft universe, and fans are excited. We finally have a release date for the game which has always been very ambiguous in the past. The team was hoping to release the game by the end of April, but due to health and safety concerns, the game is now set to launch worldwide on May 26.

The game will feature online multiplayer if you and your friends play on the same console. If you’re wanting crossplay, you’ll have to be patient. The team is working on bringing crossplay to Minecraft Dungeons for a free update after the release, but please give them time.

You’ll be able to get either a Standard Edition for $19.99 or the Hero Edition for $29.99 which includes “a Hero Cape, two player skins, and a chicken pet. It also includes two DLC packs, when they become available.” What more could you ask for? If you have other questions, you’ll want to check the FAQ.

Minecraft Dungeons will be available digitally on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, and Xbox One starting May 26.
