We’ve got a trailer for a great-looking series that’s coming soon to Apple TV+ called Trying. The show takes a comedic look at the emotional journey that is becoming parents for a couple that is struggling to make it happen. The series stars Rafe Spall (Hot Fuzz, The Big Short, Just Mercy), Esther Smith (Cuckoo, Black Mirror), and Imelda Staunton (Harry Potter franchise, Downton Abbey).
The eight-episode first season follows the couple as they struggle with infertility, then face the grueling process of adoption while trying to deal with family, friends, jobs, and everyday life. I think this looks like a great, funny, and heartfelt series. I’m looking forward to checking it out.
