Konami is teasing the next tin for Yu-Gi-Oh!. The artwork for the 2020 tin is based on the Tablet of Lost Memories that triggers the Battle City Tournament in the anime. Now, the Battle City Tournament is the best story in the anime, so I’m excited. There aren’t too many details right now about what’s coming in the tin other than Mega-Packs and “an exciting mix of cards released in 2019 as well as new possibilities.” Oh, Konami you big tease.
The 2020 Tin shows the beginning of the ancient Duel between the Pharaoh and Priest Seto as depicted on the Tablet of Lost Memories – the very artifact that inspired Kaiba to create the Battle City Tournament.
The 2020 tin will release on August 28 with an MSRP of $19.99.
