Michael B. Jordan is looking to move forward with a third Creed film and Zach Baylin has been hired to write the script. Baylin recently worked on the upcoming Will Smith movie King Richard.
We don’t have any plot details to share, but the sequel will continue the story of Adonis Creed. I loved the first two films and that last one would have been a perfect ending to the series. But nope! We all knew that Creed 3 was coming and I can’t help but wonder how they will continue Creed’s journey as a boxer.
There’s no director attached to the film yet, but the first one was helmed by Ryan Coogler and the second was directed by Steven Caple Jr. I’d be happy to see any one of them come back for the third movie.
Jordan is set to star in director David O. Russell’s next film and then he will start work on the upcoming Denzel Washington-directed drama A Journal for Jordan. So, it’s going to be awhile before the actor’s schedule opens up to make Creed 3.
