ABC has placed an order for the Fall 2020 season for a new single-cam comedy western called Prospect, about “an idealistic young woman who moves to the frontier to be a schoolteacher. Her ideals are quickly tested when she learns that her students are rowdy ranch hands, not children.”
Writing and producing team Sherry Bilsing and Ellen Kreamer (Friends, The New Adventures of Old Christine) are writing and co-executive-producing alongside Randall Einhorn (The Office, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia), who will direct the pilot.
