Holy cow guys, it looks like Jason is returning to Power Rangers! Austin St. John is set to make his first appearance on a Power Rangers show since the 10th anniversary team-up episode “Forever Red” in Power Rangers Wild Force.
St. John is said to be making an appearance on an upcoming team-up episode for the second season of Power Rangers Beast Morphers which will supposedly adapt footage from a team-up episode from Super Sentai that included Zyuranger (Mighty Morphin), Abaranger (Dino Thunder), and Kyoruger (Dino Charge). Interestingly, these are all dinosaur themed seasons, so I’m curious how it fits in with Beast Morphers.
Further rumors suggest that James Davies, Brennan Mejia, and Yoshi Sudarso who were all members of the Dino Charge team will also appear in the episode. This is in keeping with a leaked set photo that suggested other characters from Dino Charge, like Keeper and some Vivix, would be making an appearance in Beast Morphers.
Sadly, we’ll just have to wait until 2020 to see what Hasbro has in store for us and this team-up episode. Think Jason David Frank will show up? What about any of the other Rangers from the previous seasons?
