Kanny Caperton is such a huge fan of John Carpenter’s classic horror film Halloween that he went ahead and built a replica of Michael Myers’ house to live in! The real house is located in Pasadena CA, but this replica was built in Hillsborough, North Carolina.
The Great Big Story has released a new episode that profile Kenny and the house that he built. It takes us on a tour of the house, offers details on the challenges of building the house, and shows off Kenny’s extensive collection of horror memorabilia. Most of us grew up terrified of Michael Myers, the masked murderer from the movie “Halloween.” The idea of living in his house sounds like our worst nightmare. But for Kenny Caperton, that’s home. The “Halloween” mega fan poured his passion for the 1978 horror film into building a replica of Myers’s house in Hillsborough, North Carolina.
