When it was announced that Henry Cavill was coming back to the role of Superman for WB and DC, fans wondered if Shazam! director David F. Sandburg might add Cavill to the post-credits scene of the film. Superman did make an appearance at the end of the film, but we never saw his face.
The director was approached with this question so many times on Twitter that he actually went ahead and added Cavill to the scene and he did it in the most unexpected and hilarious way. You can see what he did below:

As you saw, he turned Superman in a Plastic Man-like character with a super long and wobbly neck. It’s silly, but I enjoyed the humor!
