Konami has announced a new Yu-Gi-Oh! booster pack for the Summer. Battles of Legend: Armageddon will feature a mix of never-before-seen cards from the anime and manga as well as some reprints. Each pack will cost $3.99 with five cards; four Ultra Rares and one Secret Rare.
From the anime, fans will notice the Fossil cards from Jim Crocodile Cook from Yu-Gi-Oh! GX making an appearance. Meanwhile, probably the most sought after card will be Chaos Emperor, the Dragon of Armageddon which was previously only available as a prize through the Championship Series and is currently available for over $750 online. Combine this with the upcoming release of more Chaos support in Toon Chaos and we’re going to see some crazy crap happening this year. Battles of Legend: Armageddon will also bring more legendary dragons to the mix including Trishula, the Dragon of Icy Imprisonment; Judgment, the Dragon of Heaven; Dark Armed, the Dragon of Annihilation; and Darkness Metal, the Dragon of Dark Steel.
In addition to the dragons and Fossils, two of the cards getting foil upgrades are Mecha Phantom Beast O-Lion and Dragon Buster Destruction Sword.
Battles of Legend: Armageddon will be available for the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG on July 24. What are you most excited for?
