If you’re a fan of Marvel comics, or maybe you just want to check out a few, there’s a free and legal solution to get your hands on some comics. Rakuten Overdrive has partnered with Marvel to bring 600 graphic novels to Overdrive and their app Libby. For instance, if you’ve never read the Civil War comics, now you can read at least some of them. I’ve included a sample below.
If you already have a library card, you can use that to login and borrow these comics, or you can create a free account on Overdrive to access them as well. Even if you’re not looking to read Marvel comics, they have plenty of other books and comics for you to check out.
