The other day I saw the following tweet that pointed to a new Dungeons & Dragons book on Amazon being announced soon for this year.

Then, the very next day, I get an email about a new set of dice and miscellany being released by D&D. Coincidence? I think not! My guess is that the book from the earlier tweet is going to be connected to Laeral Silverhand’s Explorer Kit. This kit features eleven dice, a durable felt-lined box that looks pretty, a double-sided map of the Sword Coast and Waterdeep, and the icing on the cake is the 20 illustrated, double-sided cards that feature information on key characters, locations, and lore from all across the Forgotten Realms. The information on these cards has been written by Laeral Silverhand, and it’s sure to be something that many fans will be intrigued by.
